Before sending us a message, please read the FAQ's below-
If you're asking about your pre-order please note - Moda is experiencing a delay at their cutting mill, warehouse and shipping ports due to an increase in demand during COVID. We're very sorry for the extra wait, but please know your pre-order has been reserved for you and we will ship it to you once Moda releases their lines. They are roughly 4-6 weeks behind on releasing new lines at this time.
WHERE'S MY PRE-ORDER? - We ship pre-orders the day they arrive here, so your pre-order will show up right after Moda releases that line. If you see it available on our website but haven't received a tracking number, this means it just released and hasn't arrived here yet.
WHERE'S MY TRACKING NUMBER? - Before emailing us about your tracking number, please check your spam folder or 2nd email account. Please also be sure you're not asking about a pre-order off of our pre-order pages. Those items haven't released yet. All tracking numbers are automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT WHY ISN'T THE PACKAGE MOVING? - If your tracking number isn't being updated, this means we made your shipping label right away but are waiting on a UPS shipment from Moda. We update our inventory once Moda ships our orders, so sometimes you might order something that won't be here for 1-3 days.
I SEE MY PRE-ORDERED ITEM IS NOW IN STOCK, WHY HASN'T IT SHIPPED? - We update our website products once we receive notification from Moda that those items are shipping to us from their warehouse. If you see your pre-ordered items available on our website, but don't have a tracking number yet, this means we're waiting for our shipment from Moda.
DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER? - We're a small family run business, running our business out of our home. We unfortunately don't have a business line but we will respond to all emails as quickly as possible.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? - We are located in St George, Utah - about two hours north of Las Vegas.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER? - We are online only and unfortunately can't have anyone picking up their orders.
