WHERE'S MY TRACKING NUMBER? - Before emailing us about your tracking number, please check your spam folder or 2nd email account. All tracking numbers are automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout, and often it goes to your second email account connected to your Paypal account.
DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER? - We're a small family run business, running our business out of our home. We unfortunately don't have a business line but we will respond to all emails as quickly as possible.
I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT WHY ISN'T THE PACKAGE MOVING? - If your tracking number isn't being updated, this means we made your shipping label right away but are waiting on a UPS shipment from Moda. We update our inventory once Moda ships our orders, so sometimes you might order something that won't be here for 1-3 days. This allows us to keep our prices low and shipping to a minimum. We ask to allow up to 2 weeks during our sales and promotions, but most orders should always arrive within 3-5 business days.
