No refunds or exchanges. Products are made custom and quilt patterns are copyrighted. Quilt patterns' copyright prohibits quilts made to be produced for resale. Fabric in quilt kits may be slightly different from pattern, but generally will be the same.
SHIPPING POLICY
Customer pays for all shipping, except during promotional periods of free shipping. Free shipping only applies to domestic orders. We will ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
