Shipping Policy
We will ship anywhere in the world, including APO/FPO military addresses. During checkout, be sure to click on "United States, Canada or International" to determine your shipping charges. Any "free shipping" promotion is for the United States only and free shipping codes must be used correctly or they will be removed. Shipping charges include handling.
We do our best to have most orders shipped out the following day of your order being placed, and received within 2-3 shipping days if shipped priority, but please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order during promotions and sales.
We use USPS for all shipping.
If you have a code from a promotion, only one code can be used per order. Thanks!
We use Priority flat rate shipping envelopes and boxes on most orders, or First Class envelopes on smaller (lighter) orders.
No refunds or exchanges. Quilt patterns are copyrighted. Quilt pattern's copyright prohibits quilts made to be produced for resale. Fabric in quilt kits may be slightly different from pattern, but generally will be the same.
