I am Judi Madsen, aka the Green Fairy of Green Fairy Quilts.  I started piecing and quilting years ago when I went to work for a local fabric store and immediately got hooked.  I realized I had a love of designing and with the push of my husband, mother and co-workers, I published my first quilt pattern.  It has grown from there.  I am now branching out and getting my quilt patterns into quilt stores and with quilt pattern distributors.  I hope that you enjoy making quilts from my patterns as much as I do.  I have focused on making the patterns fun and easy, but with the look of being made by an experienced quilter with difficult looking designs.

My husband and I moved from Salt Lake City down here to
St. George, Utah.  We love it!  We also now have an A1 Long Arm Quilting machine, which was an expensive present for myself!  My husband is now involved in marketing and we have now branched out into quilt stores, quilt shops, and quilt pattern distributors all over the country, and even into foreign countries.  We have also started a non-profit charity in Romania.  Please visit our link about our charity. A portion of every purchase will go to this cause.
